Sean has worked in the Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration industry for 17 years. In 2001, Sean qualified in the UK as an Air Conditioning Engineer, gaining a City & Guilds certification with J & E Hall McQuay.

In 2004 Sean moved to Bermuda after being offered an engineer’s position with a leading mechanical firm. In 2007, due to his vast knowledge and ability to lead, he was promoted to Service Manager.

In 2009 Sean left Bermuda to join a growing Air-Conditioning Company, OTISAIR. His role was to build our Commercial building expertise and he is actively involved in the training and development of our technicians. Since joining, he has built a service & projects division which is diverse and a leader in energy efficient solutions, industry knowledge and Customer Care in the Cayman Islands.

OTISAIR has benefited greatly from his expertise in the VRV industry. This has allowed us to become the sole Distributor for Daikin VRV equipment. With projects such as the Cayman Islands Airport, Progressive Distributors etc., OTISAIR has become the leader in VRV Design, Installation and troubleshooting.

Sean volunteers as lecturer at the University College of the Cayman Islands teaching Caymanians basic Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration. He is also a member of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers.)

In 2010 Sean became a Principal owner of OTISAIR.

Nicola’s background for the last 20 years has been in both the retail and sales industry, specializing in area sales management throughout the UK working with Gap Inc. and Arcadia Group. She joined OTISAIR in 2012 as Commercial Maintenance Sales Representative and after having lived in the Cayman Islands since 2007, has used this experience to understand the market place and business challenges in order to work with her clients in helping them define their specific requirements for their building and providing them with the most cost effective and energy efficient solutions.

Project and Design Co-ordinator

Junior Hall has worked in the air conditioning industry for over 30 years.

From spending 16 years with one of the leading Air conditioning contractors in Jamaica being promoted from sheet metal fabricator to project supervisor and ultimately being appointed to the Senior Applications Engineer.

Junior relocated to the Cayman Islands in May 1999 and has established a reputation within the air conditioning industry as a leading Mechanical Engineer and project bidder who clients can rely on for expert advice and a high level of customer service.

Junior holds a Bachelors and a Master’s of Science Degree in Engineering from Columbus University. He continues to keep abreast of the latest industry developments by attending dealer seminars & overseas training events. Junior is also fully trained in AutoCAD to provide OtisAir customers with mechanical designs.

Business Systems Dispatch

Sharron relocated to the Cayman Islands from the UK in 2012. She has over 20 years’ experience in the administrative and customer service field. She has in depth knowledge of administrative procedures, customer services and database operating systems having completed her business administration level 3 certification in the UK. In her role as dispatcher at OTISAIR Sharron is business systems dispatcher and is your first point of contact for all your servicing, repairs and emergency requirements. Her efficient personality and friendly, proactive approach has facilitated a number of new customer service initiatives.

Born and raised in The Cayman Islands, Kahlil started work straight out of High school working within the field of banking firstly as a Customer Service Representative at Butterfield Bank and then moving into the accounts department at Royal Bank of Canada.

In joining OtisAir Kahlil brings with him his experience of both customer service and accounts alongside his enthusiasm and natural flair for finding solutions for our customers. He continuously strives to exceed his customers’ expectations.

In his spare time Kahlil enjoys playing in the Men’s over 19 Basketball league and as an assistant coach in the under 16 Basketball division.

Business Systems Accounting Specialist

Clayton started his working life right out of high school with the largest media house in the Caribbean, Gleaner/Power 106, where he spent two years in the studios of 106 and as a junior reporter. After leaving he relocated to the Cayman Islands where he has worked as a sales representative for fine jewelry, as a customs agent and in the food and beverage industry. Since living in the Cayman Islands, Clayton has furthered his education by achieving an associate of applied science in business administration. He joined OTISAIR, as an administrative assistance in 2011 and presently works as Business Systems Specialist.

During his time with OTISAIR, he has successfully completed his Bachelor of Law.
