We have had this contract for a year now and are very pleased with the concept and the service provided. It allows us to properly budget our costs and provides a high level of comfort regarding the A/C operations at our main building. The contract has shifted the concerns for efficient system operation and reliability to the service provider. This is evident by the care taken with regular and proactive maintenance activities. The workmanship provided and response to any issues has been exceptional so far. We do intend to continue to utilise this form of service contract.
