We own one of the older office buildings in George Town and had been experiencing our share of air conditioning problems and breakdowns over the last few years. The fixed annual cost provides our accounts department with a peace of mind that they can plan for the following year with confidence that there will be no unexpected costs. OtisAir are extremely responsive and prompt when needed, they are both professional and personal whilst dealing with our tenants and staff. The service we have been provided has totally exceeded our expectations.
